It’s all 3 of those. Some guys kill their legs, and they still don’t grow. I always start with squats, after that I improvise. Sometimes the gym is busy and you can’t do what you planned. 5 to 6 excersizes, 3 or 4 sets each. Half of those will be free weights. I always do either drop sets, super sets, or pyramid sets as well.
