Pre workout is usually egg whites and cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread. I drink aminos mixed with creatine during, post is usually a little looser, I drink a shake and sometimes have ice cream with it. We go to yogurtology a lot. If you work out hard enough the ice cream won’t be a problem. And I don’t compete so I don’t care.
